Refund policy

All products sold by Swan Military Books are digital downloads (ebooks) delivered instantly upon purchase.

No physical goods are shipped. As digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete and the download link has been accessed.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
